This position is located in the Administration Unit, Labor, Employment & Administration Section, Corporate Operations Branch, Legal Division and provides direct support involving human resources management, financial management, and other administrative related services.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. At the CG-11: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 09 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in personnel and administrative program operations related to at least three (3) of the following areas: human resources, time and attendance, performance management, space and facilities management, procurement, and producing reports and conducting data analysis.
OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related.
OR
A qualifying combination of Specialized Experience and Education.
At the CG-12: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 11 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in personnel and administrative program operations related to at least four (4) of the following areas: human resources, time and attendance, performance management, space and facilities management, procurement, and producing reports and conducting data analysis.
