This position will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst supervising a team of Community Liaisons who serve as a community's link to the various FEMA and other Federal agency programs, staff, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have close ties to the community and leverage their local knowledge, relationships, and familiarity with the impacted area to support disaster recovery.

Qualifications

To qualify for this Supervisory Program Analyst (Community Liaison) position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Gathering and analyzing data to develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.
