Duties
As a Business Operations Strategic Advisor you will:
Provide executive-level strategic direction, assistance, and support for all acquisition strategy of the Program.
Lead and coordinate complex management and acquisition related projects, issues, white paper development, and initiatives on behalf of the Business Operations Branch (BOB) Chief, Director, and Deputy Director.
Facilitate informed, feasible acquisition strategy that involve highly technical, controversial, and novel cross-cutting, multifaceted, multifunctional considerations as they relate to the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program for eligible 9/11 responders and survivors.
Research and/or analyze critical issues or program requirements related to the WTC Health Program portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which must include the following experience: qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for the assessment and improvement of the organization's effectiveness and efficiency.
Selective Placement Factors (SPF) are special qualification requirements in addition to the minimum requirements, that are essential to successfully perform the duties of this job. This position requires a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Level III Certification.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
