About the Position: This position falls under Defense Health Agency at 633rd Medical Group at Joint Base Langley Eustis, Directorate of Resource Management. The primary functions of this position are to assist in the completion of medical services contracts and agreements for 633rd Medical Group, medical and non-medical, personal and non-personal service contracts.
Duties
Researches, writes, and processes Service Requests. Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) and one-time service repairs.
Monitor and reconcile expenditure of funds on medical and non-medical, personal and non-personal service contracts and interdepartmental tasking agreements.
Conducts quarterly quality inspections, and trains Functional Requirements Evaluator Designees throughout the 633 MDG and supported agencies in the DHA Market
Prepare and process medical services contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Acquire or prepare Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and adapts them to fit customer needs.
Provide customer education on types of acquisition processes contracting agency policies and procedures, market research, quality control plans, and technical evaluation preparation.
Help manage the Quality Assurance Program by reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality, and procurement procedures.
Provide training on developing and conducting quality assurance checks, establishing and maintaining competency assessment folders, and other procurement procedural requirements.
Track funding levels and payments via various databases.
Perform administrative office support functions. Perform a wide variety of record keeping, updating manuals on policies, directives, reporting, and informational duties in support of the organizations programs, functions, and projects.

- This position requires that you obtain and maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Advanced certification (e.g., ALS) does not supersede BLS.
- Occasional travel may be required by this position. Temporary Duty (TDY) travel time is 5%.
- This position has a mandatory seasonal influenza vaccination requirement and is therefore subject to annual seasonal influenza vaccinations.
- May be required to work other than normal duty days, which may include evenings, weekends,
and/or holidays.

One year of specialized experience at the next lower grade GS-06 or similar non-government service civilian equivalent, which includes preparing and processing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Loading payment data and adjusting funding levels in an automated database. Tracking funding levels and payments via various databases.
