Duties

Assist in managing automated and hard copy staff actions Prepare a variety of recurring reports and rosters. Maintain office operating files and records. Develop staff operating procedures, distribution systems, and practices. Develop presentations/read-aheads to interpret written information. Evaluate target audiences for specific training needs.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed Secret background investigation.
  • This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 5% of the time.
  • One year probationary period may be required.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED).
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree LL.M., if related to the position being filled (TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE ATTACHED).

Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.Only degrees from an accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education are acceptable to meet positive education requirements or to substitute education for experience.
