Duties
As a Management Analyst you will:
Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to the analysis and evaluation of personnel actions, administrative operations, organizations, and practices to determine their efficiency and effectiveness.
Serves as an Advisor and liaison between Management and CIO's.
Track referrals and ensure recruitment actions are processed in a timely manner.
Evaluates all personnel action requests to ensure actions not only comply with policy and FTE ceilings, but also are equitable and consistent within the serviced organization.
Independently researches, analyzes, and resolves position management issues.
Design and conduct time sensitive analytical and evaluative studies of administrative systems, work simplification, resource utilization, and decision-making studies.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify at the GS-13 grade level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level, which must include the following experience: include experience in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to the analysis and evaluation of personnel actions, administrative operations, organizations, and practices to determine their efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate all aspects of international personnel actions for assigned area(s).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
