You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the RESOURCES AND ASSESSMENT DIVISION of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.
Duties
You will supervise a team of up to seven Government Commerical Purchase Card (GCPC) Buyers.
You will assign work to subordinates based on workload received and nature of priorities, the difficulty of the work to be performed and the capabilities of the employees.
You will review, up to seven, purchase cardholder's monthly statements while serving as a liaison with the Agency Program Coordinator (APC).
You will audit monthly statements of accounts for financial accuracy, accountability of receiving and reviews required supporting documents to ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
You will analyze and evaluate each incoming material requests for accuracy and FIAR compliancy.
You will collect and analyze Supply Chain performance data and provides metrics based on data results and submits weekly/monthly/year end reports to senior management.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; 2) Ensuring others properly abide by government purchase card laws, processes, and procedures, including the Prompt Pay Act; 3) Inspiring, guiding, and motivating others towards meeting an organization's supply goals. 4) Advising others on supply, purchasing, and acquisition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; and 5) Track, allocate, order, inventory and execute all supply operations for delivery. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.

Education
Successful completion of a PH. D or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
