ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is for future talent needs within the Analysis Directorate pipeline hiring. Selected candidate should be able to conduct the following business operations; such as, provide program management and oversight; research, develop, interpret, and implement policies; identify, justify, and manage resources; develop and disseminate data metrics; and manage budget allocation and execution. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing a multi-disciplinary approach to executing program responsibilities and resolving problems. They also provide training and advice related to programs, coordinate program information requests, and prepare and disseminate relevant documents (e.g., reports, staff packages, briefings) to address customer needs and to inform effective decision making. Qualifications
MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: 1. Demonstrated experience managing organizational requirements based upon mission functions and needs2. Demonstrated experience conducting research to identify operational shortfalls and educating others on information, issues and requirements relevant to mission success3. Demonstrated experience analyzing information to identify and remedy multi-functional process issues through business process improvement tools/methodologies4. Demonstrated experience with performing a variety of business operations functions (e.g., records management, supporting budget allocation and execution, producing reports, and other related activities).EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Management, Economics, Finance, Law, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field. -OR- B. Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. As a rule, every 30 semester (45 quarter) hours of coursework is equivalent to one year of experience. Candidates should show that their combination of education and experience totals 4 years. -OR- C. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the provision of program management and oversight, policy and resource management, budget allocation and execution, or a related area that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Demonstrated Program Management knowledge and experience.2. Demonstrated experience in gathering information from appropriate sources to obtain timely answers to routine and nonroutine requests; ability to obtain, evaluate, organize and maintain information.3. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
