.About the Position:
This is a Program Manager position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, Programs & Project Management Division, Civil Works Branch, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Duties
Manages project milestones and budgets from planning through construction and
initial operations.
Serve as Project Manager, for the overall management, control, coordination and
execution of assigned projects.
Provide expert program management for unique Civil Works projects.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- You may be expected to travel up to 25% of this position.
- OGE-450, Incumbent must submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure upon appointment and annually thereafter.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes:1. Utilizing methods for the assessment of a program's effectiveness and 2. Managing design and acquisition milestones and budgets from planning through construction of assigned project and 3. Directing project delivery activities for planning, design, acquisition, construction, and close out of completed work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
