About the Position: This is a Program Manager, GS-0340-14 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District. The position serves as the Chief of Civil Works Program Branch, Programs & Project Management Division and is located in Tulsa, OK.

Duties

As Chief of Civil Works, you will serve as the process owner for the Civil Works and Interagency and International Services (IIS) programs for the organization. You will be responsible for overall management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned projects. Serve as a organization congressional liaison with members of Congress and their staffs for a three-state area. Represent District Commander as a primary point of contact with customers; Federal, State, local and Tribal governments; Congressional interests; external organizations; and higher headquarters on matters relating to the civil works and IIS programs. Review the work of the employees for the Branch. Serve as Executive Secretary of the Civil Works Project Review Board with responsibility for providing resource information and management analysis to the board Participate in district reprogramming decisions affecting long and short-range courses of action for assigned projects.

Requirements
