The primary purpose of the work in this position is to assist in the planning, organization, maintenance, and support of all National Teacher Programs and Projects. These include but are not limited to the Summer Institute for Educators, the Massive Open Online Courses, Teacher Focus Groups, Teacher Media Production, and Virtual and On-Site Teacher Workshops.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for NF-0301-09.
For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the NF-07 level in the federal service, designing a curriculum for teacher audiences.

Teaching – Skill in writing curriculums and planning gallery experiences for teacher audiences.
Communication – Knowledge of communication techniques for students, donors and administrators.
Community Building – Ability to build relationships with stakeholders for both schools and museums.
Administration – Knowledge of administration processes in order to maintain records, order inventory and organize spaces and documents.
