The incumbent provides oversight and direction of Anti-Fraud and Program Integrity controls, policies, workloads, projects and investments to ensure successful planning, coordination, monitoring and control, and evaluation. The incumbent oversees contracts by maintaining essential documentation including project milestones, health status reports, lessons learned, and best practices to ensure seamless oversight over OPI critical investments related to anti-fraud and program integrity.

Duties

Provides technical guidance and advice on the most appropriate method or procedure of analysis and evaluation to accomplish the office mission. Provides leadership, oversight and facilitates administrative, strategic, and tactical aspects of OPI workloads, investments, critical anti-fraud, and program integrity projects, with the objective of ensuring [CONT] end-to-end support, monitoring, and oversight Strategically plans workloads, aligning OPI directives with agency anti-fraud and program integrity agency-level goals and objectives Evaluates current policies and procedures for effectiveness and reviews new policies and legislative initiatives for potential impact on the office. Provides authoritative technical information for use in policy analysis and evaluation Plans, coordinates, designs, and conducts special studies and complex analytical assignments designed to identify, review, analyze, evaluate, monitor, and improve the effectiveness of anti-fraud and program integrity controls.

Such experience must include: Analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission and operating procedures and agency/organization functions and activities; Developing management or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology; Analyzing new or proposed initiatives to determine impact on program operations and management; and Developing new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
