Duties
You will create or oversee development of cyber operational test and evaluation plans in support of acquisition program and stakeholder requirements.
You will identify and describe target vulnerabilities for test objectives.
You will collaborate with developers, conveying target and technical knowledge in tool requirements submissions, to enhance cyber tool development.
You will provide system background and knowledge during system vulnerability discovery, validation and test objective execution.
You will support the execution of cooperative vulnerability penetration assessment and adversarial assessments.
You will generate test report products to help drive improvements to the security of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard systems.
You will develop cyber operations planning guidance to ensure that execution and resource allocation decisions align with policies.
Requirements

- The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector generating cyber operations or cybersecurity evaluation strategies and associated objectives focused on operational impacts of the targeted system or system under test. Examples of specialized experience include most or all of the following; 1) Decomposing complex computer systems / networking configurations in support of system access and exploitation; 2) Conducting analysis of physical and logical digital technologies to identify potential avenues of access; 3) Maintaining awareness of advancements in hardware and software technologies; 4) Developing analytical approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete; 5) Documenting cyber operation strategy and planning documents.
