Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations under Director, Installations Division.
You will serve as an expert in Installation Resilience program management, research, analysis, and planning related to programs, services, and strategy.
You will be the primary point of contact for functional and technical leadership in resilience principles, practices, and management.
You will lead the strategic direction, planning, and resourcing problems related to climate adaptation and climate and energy resilience, to include protection, response, and recovery to installation threats, both natural and man-made.
You will serve as an integrator and advisor for enterprise-wide installation resilience across Navy activities in matters relating to climate adaptation and resilience, energy, water, and cyber resilience, to include protection response and recovery.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include the most of the following: 1) Forms and advocates policy regarding activities related to infrastructure resilience, to include climate adaptation and resilience, installation energy resilience, and cyber resilience; 2) Analyzes a wide range of strategic information and prepares reports, proposals, briefings, and advocates, as necessary to express the organization's position regarding installation resilience matters at the strategic level; 3) Develops, plans, coordinates, organizes, and manages a broad range of programs and services addressing installation resilience and climate adaptation, including effective use of total resourcing; 4) Applies policies, procedures and legislation to develop program goals, objectives, and performance measures in support of installation resilience and climate adaptation.
