You will serve as a MANAGER in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS (80000)/ SPECIAL PROGRAMS OVERSIGHT AND COMPLIANCE (87000) of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.
Duties
You will be responsible for managing application of U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), DOD, and DON security regulations, instructions, and policies as they apply to SCI, SAPs, Intelligence Oversight (IO) and Research Technology Protection (RTP).
You will will develop, maintain and implement command wide policies, procedures and instructions; ensure command compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements; plan and execute the budgets for all functions within the competency.
You will will advise the NIWC Atlantic leadership concerning sensitive compartmented projects as well as provide threat data as it relates to NIWC Atlantic programs and projects.
You will ensure compliance with regulatory security requirements pertaining to the operation, protection, storage, transmission, destruction, reproductions, and processing of SCI at NIWC Atlantic SCIFs
You will be responsible for SCI personnel security clearance programs, including policy implementation, granting of SCI accesses, and management of personnel security clearance actions.
You will create, formulate, implement, and manage SCIF policy.
You will be responsible for implementation, management and compliance for the NIWC Atlantic Intelligence Oversight (IO) Program in accordance with IC, DoD and DON statutory and regulatory policies, directives and instructions.
You will administer the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) physical security program according to US Intelligence Community (IC), (DoD), and (DON) regulations, policies, and directives.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Coordinating the objectives and plans of two or more specialized security programs such as Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Programs (SAPs), Intelligence oversight and Research Technology Protection (RTP); and developing and/or implementing procedures and practices to cover multiple security objectives.
