You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the SPECIAL SECURITY OFFICE of NAVWARSYSCEN ATLANTIC CHARLESTON SC.

Duties

You will perform all aspects of the multi-disciplinary security program with a focus on the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S. industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). You will perform reviews and evaluate acquisition packages for Sensitive Activities Intelligence Related Contracting (SAIRC) requirements. You will collaborate and consult with various leadership teams, key staff and other personnel providing recommendations and assistance as necessary to achieve performance improvements objectives.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the industrial security program for military, government, and contractor personnel assigned.
