About the Position: This position is with the 76th USAR Operational Response Command, Force Management Office , located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Duties
Manage the allocation of full-time authorization within the Command.
Review Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA)/Table of Organizational Elements (TOE)/Modification Table of Organizational Elements (MTOE) changes.
Responsible for command time management program.
Coordinate with staff on MTOE and TDA changes with respect to impact on resources.
Recommend force structure action for implementation of unit activations, inactivation's, reorganizations, and relocations.
Brief command staff on recommended changes and solutions.
Conduct on-site surveys.
Propose relocation of existing units to achieve improved readiness.
Analyze organizational structures, missions, functions, workloads and proposed organizational structures.
Conduct management project studies of mission, organization, work process and procedures.
Evaluate critical readiness indicators.
Apply an in-depth knowledge of Army manpower management policies, procedures and regulations.
Implement manpower report procedures and analysis.
Apply in-depth methods and principles of organizational analysis and design.
Develop optional force structure actions for resolving mission shortfalls.
Make recommendations for long range stationing plans that will contribute to maximum organizational readiness.
Recommend allocation of manpower resources.
Provide relative written guidance to command activities.
Provide manpower requirements input to the command operating budget.
