This position is within the Missile Defense Agency, Technical Intelligence Directorate. The incumbent will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Operations Specialist providing support to MDA Program Elements and Supporting Offices.
Duties
As a SUPERVISORY INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GG-15 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-14 grade level meeting 3 of the 4 following statements, in the Federal service as listed below:
Experience managing an integrated, multi-disciplinary Intelligence Requirements activity for a large acquisition program and providing direct support to senior leadership, Program Executives, and Program Managers throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Experience researching, organizing, and analyzing large quantities of diverse data to support customer intelligence requirements and recommend courses of action
Experience in identifying the characteristics of complex weapons systems of foreign countries/states
Experience with intelligence collection, analysis, production, presentation processes acquired through formal training and extensive on-the-job experience
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
