You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (NAALS) in the AVIATION DIVISION of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
Duties
You will serves as an expert ATC electronics technician and technical advisor for a wide range of complex, mission-critical air traffic control.
You will direct and provide oversight of the Maintenance Data Analysis Tool (MDAT), the Material Management (3M) System, Test Equipment Allowance Program (TEAP), and tracking of depot level repairable (DLR).
You will responsible for reviewing, validating and recommending prioritization for MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN Operational Capability Improvement Requests (OCIRs) and Base Electronics Systems Engineering Plans (BESEPs).
You will serve as Program Analyst with the responsibility for monitoring the overall operations, scheduling, testing, and performance evaluation of NAALS and meteorological electronics systems, subsystems, and related equipment.
You will develop, coordinate and promote interactive efforts in the management, utilization and operation of NAALS and meteorological electronic systems, subsystems and related equipment.
You will maintain regular liaison with representatives from Chief of Naval Operations (CNO N885F), Headquarters Marine Corps (APX-25), Commander, Naval Air Systems Command (PMA-213)
You will Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center (FAALC), Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP)-Mechanicsburg, Naval Sea Systems Command (04L).
You will ATC Systems In-Service Engineering Activities (ISEA) and Fleet Support Teams (FST) including Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN), SPAWARSYSCEN Pacific, and Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Divisions other agencies.
You will apply expert technical knowledge of major service areas (i.e., communications, navigation aids, radar, meteorological, etc.) to monitor regional NAALS operations and maintenance activities to assure continuous availability.
You will monitor MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN compliance with the reporting requirements of 3M Systems Program Planned Maintenance Systems

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This is a bargaining Unit Position.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: responsibility to evaluate the technical and programmatic aspects of the NAALS program within the command and recommend overall implementation and management strategies while providing technical advisory support as required to all levels of management; provide liaison with external agencies on behalf of the MCIWEST-MCB CAMPEN regional command and station ATC facilities.
