You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Diversity and Inclusion Branch of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.

Duties
You will provide subject matter expertise on Military Equal Opportunity and Prohibited Activities and Conduct issues.
You will assign work based on priorities, task difficulty, and capabilities of employees.
You will plan, administer, provide oversight and guidance, develop, and manger the overall work of the office.
You will interpret and implement established mandates set by the DoD, DoN, and USMC.
You will develop, implement and monitor policies for the Command Area of Responsibility.
You will communicate policies to all assigned personnel, military and civilian.
You will provide analysis of AOR data to identify trends and areas of concerns.
You will recommend methods and actions to improve command climate and track compliance and implementation of AOR initiatives and goals.
You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct within AOR.
You will oversee implementation and execution of advocacy services for personnel within the AOR.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising personnel and managers on subject matter related to equal opportunity, prohibited activities and conduct issues, interpreting and/or implementing established mandates set by law, corporate, or military command policies to develop, implement and monitor policies, identifying developmental and training needs of employees, tracking, monitoring, and advising on prohibited activities and conduct complaints, recommending methods and actions to improve command climate and track compliance and implementation of AOR initiatives and goals, assigning work to subordinates based on priorities.
