This position, located in FEMA's Office of Chief Financial Officer, Financial Management Cadre, will function as a Cadre Management Team Lead /Program Manager, managing a cadre of Reservists and full-time Financial Management Staff. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a diverse nationwide program, a proven track record of excellent customer service, the ability to think quickly on their feet, and have strong written and oral communication skills.

To qualify for this Supervisory Program Analyst position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Assisting with the development of polices and/or procedures that has led to program improvements. Providing direction through effective communication, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner to the audience's level of understanding.
