In this position, you will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst for Regional Offices, Region Nine, Mitigation Division, Planning & Implementation Branch. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the financial and reporting aspects of multi-million-dollar grant programs, including program evaluation, progress monitoring and reporting, and data management. They will also have experience with leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

To qualify for this Supervisory Management & Program Analyst position at the IC-13 level, you must possess one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level in the Federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. Experience may be obtained in the federal government, a state or local government, or private sector, and must demonstrate the following: Overseeing a team, program or project performing financial management functions; Analyzing data and/or reports to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, such as grant programs; and Interpreting legislation, regulations, policies, and/or guidance to recommend process improvements for financial programs.
