Duties
Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and integrating the work of
Demand/Supply Chain Analysts.
Overseas the analysis of demand/supply chain performance, performing demand/supply chain
capability studies and “what-if” analysis and evaluating the demand/supply chain efficiency
and effectiveness.
Ensures the appropriate level of coordination with Business Process Analysts, Process Owners
and other Demand Supply Chain Analysts.
Coordinates a team approach of shared responsibilities and commitment to provide improved
support to internal/external operations/processes.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Demand/Supply Chain Analyst position your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Analyzing demand and supply chain data.
Overseeing process interrelationships, process performance critical data, performance metrics that pertain to the demand/supply chain processes and recommend process improvements.
Performing detailed analysis utilizing data from automated demand/supply systems (i.e. Distribution Standardization System (DSS), Enterprise Business Systems (EBS), etc.).
Recommending changes in how the demand/supply chain process is executed, including system changes or other process improvements.- Providing guidance regarding automated system functionality and business capabilities.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
