This position is located within the Indian Health Service, Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, MT and reports to the Supervisory Facilities Operation Manager.
Duties
Independently paint interior and exterior surfaces on existing residential units and equipment using standard coating methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying.
Install wood, ceramic tile, carpet and linoleum flooring.
Independently install and modify existing or new plumbing facilities in existing residential units including utility supply and disposal systems, toilets, tubs and showers, and sinks.
Independently make repairs to residential electrical systems where common procedures are used.
Independently troubleshoot and repairs (minor) heating and cooling systems, to include: residential furnaces and air conditioning units
Qualifications

Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP).
