The position of Maintenance Worker Helper is located in the Branch of Facilities Management, for Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana.

Duties

Independently paint interior and exterior surfaces on existing residential units and equipment using standard coating methods such as brushing, rolling, and spraying. Install wood, ceramic tile, carpet and linoleum flooring. Independently install and modify existing or new plumbing facilities in existing residential units including utility supply and disposal systems, toilets, tubs and showers, and sinks. Independently make repairs to residential electrical systems where common procedures are used. Independently troubleshoot and repairs (minor) heating and cooling systems, to include: residential furnaces and air conditioning units.
