The position serves as a Program Analyst in the Office of Financial Services within the Office of the Chef Financial Officer, Federal Highway Administration. Responsible for the review and analysis of proposed and existing FHWA travel and financial management policy, guidance, and standards to improve the effectiveness of FHWA’s operating programs.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.To qualify for the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11 it must include:
Experience analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or productivity of administrative and technical programs such as travel policy, travel card management, financial management, and/or conference policies.
Experience conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on programs.
