As an Account Executive, you will:
Understand and evaluate new developments in the market place that could have a potential impact on the business and search for opportunities to enhance business practices to adapt to market changes.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are properly observed, all transactions are conducted with authorized personnel, all records and contracts are complete and up to date, and all customer position limits/risk tolerances are observed.
Participate in team discussions, assist in the preparation of technical reports for management, represent the Office in discussions with key stakeholders, and provide lender profiles/summaries on an 'as needed' basis.
Review and approve borrower requests related to leases, collateral releases/substitutions, letters of credit, changes in property management, reserve/holdback releases, loan extensions, interest rate reductions and loan modifications, and other project related requests.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-12, you must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience includes experience managing and servicing a portfolio of low and moderate risk multifamily properties and resolving issues by utilizing applicable guidance. Examples of such experience could include:
- Preparing a review of applications for changes in ownership of multifamily properties; OR
- Assisting with the development and implementation of a successful plan to resolve poor physical conditions at a multifamily property; OR
- Identifying trends that may indicate the probability of increased risk in a multifamily property, such as deteriorating physical conditions, excess operating expenses, or changes in ownership financial capacity.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-12 you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
