This position is located in the CFPB, Division of Enforcement. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will assist Enforcement's Policy & Strategy Team in a variety of complex activities and functions related to monitoring financial product and service markets, proposing strategic priorities to the Enforcement Director, developing potential investigations, advising Enforcement teams, and acting as Enforcement's primary point of contact for Bureau and external consumer stakeholders.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience for CN-53: To qualify at CN-53, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band/grade (CN-52, GS-12 or equivalent) in the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as: Experience conducting research about individuals, companies, markets, businesses, and industries; AND Experience with analytical tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau); AND Experience obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents in order to develop facts or support a legal theory; AND Experience developing written communications such as written analyses, reports, or research memoranda regarding consumer financial protection issues and laws; AND Experience Developing and implementing methods for reporting and developing controls to track and monitor the progress of work. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
