This position is located in the CFPB, Division of Enforcement. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will assist Enforcement's Policy & Strategy Team in a variety of complex activities and functions related to monitoring financial product and service markets, proposing strategic priorities to the Enforcement Director, developing potential investigations, advising Enforcement teams, and acting as Enforcement's primary point of contact for Bureau and external consumer stakeholders.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience for CN-53: To qualify at CN-53, you must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band/grade (CN-52, GS-12 or equivalent) in the Federal service. For this position, specialized experience is defined as:
Experience conducting research about individuals, companies, markets, businesses, and industries; AND
Experience with analytical tools and business intelligence software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Tableau); AND
Experience obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing documents in order to develop facts or support a legal theory; AND
Experience developing written communications such as written analyses, reports, or research memoranda regarding consumer financial protection issues and laws; AND
Experience Developing and implementing methods for reporting and developing controls to track and monitor the progress of work.
