Duties

***THIS IS A TITLE 5 EXCEPTED NATIONAL GUARD POSITION*** Location of this position: JFHQ-State Purpose of this position is to plan, analyze and/ or evaluate the effectiveness of line or operating programs. Conducts studies of work processes and procedures. Identifies problems, reviews production standards, and makes tentative recommendations for problem resolution. Reviews reports and studies to ensure that user requirements are met, and appropriate rules and regulations are utilized. Evaluates unit and organizational effectiveness. Assists in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems. Develops processes, management, administrative, and technical evaluation plans for implementation by supervisors/managers. * The above duty description doesn't contain all details of the official position description.
