Duties
You will lead internal planning and execution efforts for collaboration with external intelligence agency executive staff to incorporate information into active vulnerability hunting operations.
You will draft administrative and technical policy that reflect the Commanders vision and mission objectives and are considered authoritative, final, with minimal modifications.
You will develop, evaluate, and liaise with authoritative government agencies concerning the development of innovative first ever product evaluation for both Commercial Off-the Shelf and Government Off-the Shelf systems.
You will directly supervise a staff of civilian and military personnel.
You will make decisions and/or recommendations for the implementation, evaluation, approval, and integration of new enterprise technology products and configurations.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- Incumbent is subject to periodic counterintelligence scope polygraphs.
- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 901, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Development, resource/budget management, staffing, implementation, and global monitoring of current and future Defensive Cyber Operations capabilities.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
