About the Position: Manages classroom scheduling process in direct support of the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School U.S. Army Health Readiness Center of Excellence training mission located at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. The U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence is located in beautiful and historic San Antonio and is within easy commuting distance of desirable neighborhoods and excellent school systems.

Duties

Manages the classroom scheduling process for all external or non-US Army Medical Department Center and School Army Training Resources Requirements (ATTRS) course requests. Trains and instructs over 50 course schedulers in the use of computer-generated forms used to submit course schedules. Performs web author duties. Notifies course schedulers and leadership of delinquent course submission. Schedules over 400 different courses a year entering over 72,000-line items.
