What are we looking for?A minimum of one year experience overseeing operation of a small to medium sized establishment or facility.  Experience leading people in accomplishment of work.  Must be familiar with business mathematics and merchandising methods.Skill to operate cash register and handle large sums of money accurately.  Skill to process daily activity paperwork.
