You will serve as a HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT REPAIRER INSPECTOR LEADER in the ???????MARINE DEPOT MAINTENANCE COMMAND of MCLC ALBANY GA.

Duties

You will articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, You will lead the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level, and/or occupational specialization You will serve as coach, facilitator, and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiative and in consensus-building activities among team members. You will participate in pre-induction planning, leadership, production, and safety meetings. You will perform quality audits and prepares inspection reports on various equipment repaired within the MDMC. You will perform and/or verify inspections and test results to determine conformance with prescribed standards for operational testing, production procedures, and/or processes.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination and annually.
  • You will be required to possess and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision
  • Must obtain and maintain Load Test Director certification within 6 months of Entrance on Duty as directed by MCO 11262.2C_.
  • Must obtain and maintain Certified Product Inspector {CPI) certification within 1 month of Entrance on Duty.
