About the Position: This Budget Analyst (Institutional) is located at White Sands Test Center, Resource Management Directorate with duty location of White Sands Missile Range, Dona Ana, New Mexico. (merit)

Duties

Serve as a Budget Analyst in the Institutional Budget Branch, Budget Division, Resource Management Directorate, White Sands Missile Range Test Center. Program budget estimates through analysis of items such as plans, goals and objectives for individual programs for the organization. Exercise fund control by participating in the forecasting process for the organization. Review financial reports to assess the performance of resources.

• This position is designated as moderate risk involving Public Trust. Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation including a credit check to determine suitability for Federal employment and/or the position.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
