This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration.This position is located in the Exhibits & Visitors Services Division within the Public Museum Engagement and Legislative Archives in Washington DC. As an Exhibits Information Specialist you will plan and develop exhibits concepts, identifying and suggesting historical themes and exhibit approaches for a variety of exhibits.

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience for the GS-12 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-11 level, or equivalent, that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience must include: Assisting with the creation of historical exhibit themes; OR Working in a team environment to produce, install, and maintain exhibits; OR Leading projects related to research or development of exhibits; OR Giving presentations regarding exhibit curation.
