You will serve as a OPERATIONAL TRAINING READINESS SPECIALIST in the Training and Exercises Program Division
(N36) of NAVAL STATION EVERETT.
Duties
You will analyze the impact on mission performance from training and education program issues.
You will use software applications to measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
You will develop local policy concerning mission assurance programs, risk management, training and exercises, and inspections.
You will recommend strategic goals to ensure organization is staffed, trained, and equipped.
You will write an integrated training exercise that meets technical, functional, and regulatory requirements of an organization.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing training plans to identify deficiencies and make recommendations for improvements; 2) Administering a training program that complies with federal, state, and Navy laws, regulations, and policies; 3) Ensuring military and civilian employees complete required training; and 4) Coordinating installation exercises to evaluate mission readiness.
