This position is located in the Management Directorate, Intake and Document Production, Document Management Division.
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will evaluate major administrative aspects of mission-oriented programs, find ways to improve program productivity or increase the quality of the work products being delivered to our customers, and prioritize work for employees.
Duties
Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities of employees, develops work plans, quality
standards and organizes resources. Has full administrative and technical responsibility for work performed by
subordinates.
Manages the review of operational activities to identify new processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Ensures Standard Operating Procedures are in line with new policies/procedures.
Implements strategies to optimize resources and make decisions to allocate team resources to meet the needs of all
programs in the midst of competing priorities, finite resources, and administrative needs.
Manages the goals and objectives to be conducted within the Production Facility for mission success, this involves
planning, staffing and training needs as necessary.
Works with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, lessors and GSA on all logistics and security
matters related to their specific site.
Analyzes the effectiveness of the Forms Center in meeting established goals and objectives, and advises
senior management on staffing, budgetary, and process improvements.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/03/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 10/03/2024.
GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Performing quality assurance reviews on work products and facility operational processes.
Analyzing data, compiling reports, and providing advice to leadership on staffing, budget, and process improvements.
Delegating work to subordinates based on priorities and capabilities of employees.
Serving as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders of the organization's mission.
