You will serve as a senior Electronic Warfare/Signals Intelligence analyst and reporter, responsible for support services, training and education, and daily reporting tasks. You will remain cognizant of mission and priorities, specifically SIGINT analysis and production in support of cyberspace plans and operations. This position is located within the Intelligence Staff Section of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop, evaluate, coordinate, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of command’s SIGINT in support of planning and executing cyberspace operations.
You will develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for SIGINT reporting.
You will work to improve work methods and procedures, organizational structure, civilian and military manpower utilization, distribution of work functions and assignments, and/or similar functions of management specifically related to SIGINT.
You will conduct regular reviews of message traffic, intelligence information, data analysis, and from other sources of information, identify intelligence gaps and develop reporting to cover these gaps.
You will engage with the Intelligence Community (IC), Marine Corps Intelligence Department, tactical forces and intelligence units forward deployed.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
- This position may require a periodic polygraph examination.
- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period requirement.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1) Process, exploit, and disseminate (PED) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of cyberspace plans and operations; 2) Develop policy, procedure, and guidelines for SIGINT reporting; 3) Conduct regular review of message traffic, intelligence information, and data analysis.
