About the Position: Serve as a Management and Program Analyst (International Engagement) in the Strategy and Policy Division of the US Army Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) Office (JCO).
Duties
Provide subject matter expertise on international political-military (pol/mil) developments, regional interrelationships, and the security cooperation (SC) activities.
Analyze and distill complex issues into concise, yet coherent and persuasive, informational products, to facilitate timely general officer/executive-level decision making.
Develop strategy and intelligence assessments for managed countries depending on priorities, level of activity, and workload.
Provides subject matter expertise during weekly battle rhythm events such as working groups, operational planning teams, boards, and video tele-conferences (VTCs)
Synchronize national strategic planning guidance.
Conduct mastery peer review and analysis of all completed projects for technical quality, appropriate levels of coordination, consistency, logic, soundness of recommendations, and compliance with established objectives.
Establish and maintain liaison with other divisions and works closely with their representatives to capture proper requirements definitions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes developing detailed informational packages; providing advisory services on international affairs, political/military relationships; planning and managing security cooperation activities with security forces of foreign countries. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
