About the Position: This position is located with the Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Campbell, KY. Fort Campbell lies on the Kentucky/Tennessee border between Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Clarksville, Tennessee about 45 miles northwest of Nashville. Duties

Provide oversight to the Testing Office IAW AR611-5 by exercising responsibility for all assigned work performed in the Education Center. Serve as point of contact over tuition assistance, the Functional Academic Skills Training program, Multi-Use Learning Facility, testing, college programs and classroom management. Oversee conduct and analyzing needs assessment of programs within The Installation Army Education Center. Act as contract oversight for support contracts that result in assurance the Army is receiving the level service specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36} by 18. Add the two percentage.
