This position is located at the U.S. Army Intelligence & Security Command U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command HQ Fort Meade, MD..
Duties
Responsible for the technical and administrative supervision of the Threat Finance Analytic Cell (TFAC) in the Investigations Support Branch (ISB), Directorate of Intelligence (DI), United States Army Counterintelligence Command (ACI).
Serves as the resident expert and principal advisor to the ACI Commander and Regional Field Offices on threat financial forensics and threat finance techniques in support of CI, CT, and Cyber investigations and operations.
Equitably assigns work among employees and provides expert direction for analytical agenda.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Two year trial period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- TDY will be required 25% or less of the time.
- May be required to work irregular hours.
- All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
