This position is in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Human Capital Management Division (HCMD), Employee Programs Branch. The selected candidate is responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating the AOC’s Mentorship and Ambassador Programs, supports AOC’s awards and employee recognition programs that function in a customer-centric environment, and provides advisory services to staff.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience for this position includes:
Experience developing, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of agency-wide programs and operations.
Experience creating comprehensive ambassador or mentor focused programs for agency employees.
Experience with assisting in the development of new human resources policies and/or revisions of existing policies and guidance governing the administration of a variety of programs.
Ability to provide assistance in managing and/or providing oversight for human resources programs as well as planning and execution of human resources activities and events.
Knowledgeable in administering and monitoring procedures to identify and resolve operational problems.
