You will serve as a ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT REPAIRER in the Industrial Plant Equipment Facilities, Repair Department (Code-300), IPE & Toll Maintenance Shop (06B) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

Duties

You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing electronic, electronic components and systems of machines and industrial plant equipment (IPE). You will be responsible for Initiating necessary forms and material requests, tag outs, parts identification and current source and price for equipment worked. You will be responsible for planning and designing the layout of electronical and electronic components. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive, and corrective diagnoses on all problems related to machine tool malfunctions. You will be responsible for performing verification tests on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment repaired and maintained to certify proper safe operation.

Qualifications

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION Experience serving as an electrical equipment repairer responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, adjusting, and testing a wide variety of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical hand power tools and industrial equipment. Experience working as a journeyman level electrician with an extensive knowledge of the National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Association, Joint Industry Council, and OSHA. Experience planning and designing the layout of electrical components and planning and designing the layout of facility type wiring. Experience performing maintenance preventive and corrective diagnose related to machine tool malfunctions, electric, electronic pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical and performs verification test on electrical and electronic machinery to ensure proper safe operations. Experience using electrical components and systems of heavy equipment, electronic theory, and can interpret instructions, drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
