Duties
You will prepare Performance Assessment Plans (PAPs), Functional Assessment Plans (FAPs), and assessment schedules
You will review requests submitted by the contractor for contract modifications and change orders.
You will review contractor Accident Prevention Plans (APPs) and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) assessing the effectiveness of the contractor's safety program.
You will document contractor performance on the applicable Performance Assessment Worksheets, provide copies to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and maintain a file copy.
You will maintain a filing system on all factors pertinent to the various Facility Support Contracts assigned which will include assessment worksheets, schedules, discrepancies noted, cost estimates, safety and security documentation, etc.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-7 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Preparing cost analysis and estimates for services;
2) Performing on-site visits of maintenance or repair projects to ensure quality of service;
3) Evaluating the contractor's work against measurable performance standards;
4) Reviewing contractor's proposal for modifications or changed conditions; and
5) Interpreting blueprints, schematic diagrams and architectural drawings.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
