You will serve as a ELECTRONICS INTEGRATED SYSTEMS MECHANIC in the MARINE DEPOT MAINTENANCE COMMAND of MAINTENANCE CENTER ALBANY.

Duties
You will review blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams when performing electronic integrated system repairs.
You will work with engineers in writing test procedures for prototype and non-developmental items (NDI).
You will use tools and test equipment to evaluate the operational characteristics of the integrated systems.
You will check work orders to make certain all necessary processes and procedures have been accomplished and that the initial of the technician and other appear as required in the appropriate location.
You will inspect, observe, and/or conduct the final test on repaired and/or rebuild items of electronic equipment.
You will visually inspect all connectors to ensure conformance with applicable specifications and guidelines.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to maintain current certification on soldering techniques for a wide variety of electrical and electronic and electrical equipment, components, and technologies.
- You will be required to maintain certification as a certified product inspector to perform various types of production and workmanship inspection.

Qualifications
