You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PROJECT INSPECTIONS in the Inspections Branch (Code 1430.3), Quality Assurance Division (Code 1430), Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) (Code 1400) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a detachment of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Duties
You will manage the work force through subordinate Inspection Supervisors.
You will serve as an authority in the techniques, practices, processes, and equipment capabilities of the Inspection operations of the branch.
You will work with Division Head to resolve conflicts concerning work package development and project schedules, tracks cost expenditures and related budgetary concerns and provides recommendations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience conducting mechanical Inspection and non-destructive testing (penetrant testing) of large Machined Products.
Experience receiving Inspections to (CIM) Certified Industrial Materials requirements.
Experience demonstrating proficiency in paint inspection techniques.
Experience conducting Foundry Mold inspections
