This position is located in the Regional Offices, Region Four, Grants Program Division, Grants Business Branch. The ideal candidate for this position will provide technical guidance and supervisory oversight for a staff performing work that involves implementing and managing Federal grants and cooperative agreements, and providing related technical assistance and services.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The time-in-grade and qualification requirements must be met within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
