The Intelligence Community (IC) Chief Information Office (CIO) is responsible for advancing the Intelligence Community's mission by driving secure collaboration, integration, and information sharing; identifying and addressing information enterprise risks; and providing strategic leadership and oversight of the IC's enterprise architecture and enterprise information technology.

Mandatory Requirements:
Quantifiable requirement: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience of 15 years in one of the following concentrations Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, or Technology Management that required technical understanding of IT systems and strong writing requirements. IT- related experience demonstrating Attention to Detail, Communication, Cybersecurity, Problem Solving and Risk Management. Leadership in the Intelligence Community, with 10 years in IT leadership.
Recognized expert as a cybersecurity leader in the area of policy and planning, security engineering, systems analysis, network services, cloud computing, data management, and Internet services.
Proven leadership ability and business acumen, capable of developing effective integration strategies, building coalitions, and driving change to improve operations within large, complex organizations.
Senior expertise in the methods and practices of government policy, planning, investment, and performance management.
Expert knowledge of the US IC and DoD, to include prior cybersecurity leadership at one or more of the IC elements.
Expert executive skills in the development, analysis, coordination, implementation and communication of large-scale, cross-cutting information technology and sharing practices and procedures.
Superior leadership and management skills in planning, recruiting, developing, managing, and directing multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external leaders and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.
Expert experience in managing or leading an information/cyber security program for a government or commercial organization
Superior ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment, mentor junior colleagues, and utilize strong organizational and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
