Duties
As a Supervisory Enforcement Analyst (Operations Division Director), you will:
Identify the problems and resolution strategies for Departmental Enforcement Center (DEC) workload program referrals.
Provide program oversight within the Operations Divisions.
Make managerial, technical, and analytical oversight decisions required for successful program management and implementation.
Exercise subject matter expertise, oversight control, and leadership.
Provide a level of expertise involving specific objectives for all operations support assigned programs or projects, in compliance with approved DEC standards and/or policies.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Working with housing programs (i.e. Community Planning & Development grants, Operating Subsidy, Capital Fund, Section 8 vouchers, Family Self Sufficiency, homeownership, Community and Supportive Services, or housing development and financing); AND
Experience analyzing policy and developing options and recommendations for new or revised policies and procedures related to assisted housing programs; AND
Collaborating with program officials, residents, Federal, State, and local government officials, or citizen groups on a variety of housing project technical matters; AND
Analyzing issues/problems, developing strategies, and presenting solutions to senior management and high level officials.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
